Nikki Shelley (aka The Painting Lady) may have a tender touch as a mother, but her face painting skills offer a different side that will leave you thoroughly creeped out (in the most impressive way possible). She transforms her own face into ghoulish nightmares that might not be the best look to take the kids to school with, but it’s definitely perfect for Halloween.
